Dee's room

I am in the process of replacing the hot water heater and the oven. There is hot water, however, it doesn’t last long. I plan to have that within two weeks of the tenant move in. Other than that, it’s clean and you will have access to whatever you need. Fenced in front and back yard and near the outlets.

I live alone, I have no pets and up to two are welcome as long as they listen. I’m in the tech field and stay to myself and rarely home. Do not mind company, but I would have to meet them outside of the property before allowing them in.
