Good Day, I am 30-year-old working professional. I am looking for 1 individual roommate to rent the downstairs room. You will be living with 4 others (including myself) with 1 dog. I am offering this room (10ftx11ft) that comes with a private bathroom and carpet flooring for $700/ mo. Outside parking and utilities are included in rental fee.

Enjoy a quiet and friendly household and neighborhood in Southwest Las Vegas area. Home is close to parks, golf courses, many restaurants and stores. Major Cross Streets are Durango and Pebble. The home is 15-20min drive to Summerlin Hospital, Red Rock Casino, Durango Casino, Downtown Summerlin, and more.

A refundable security/ reservation deposit will be needed in advance. 6 month minimum contract. Must have a minimum credit score of 620. Background check required. Renters Insurance recommended. Must be able to cover 3x the amount of rent posted. Must be pet friendly. Smoking permitted outside only. Additional fees will be added if with pets or in need of additional garage storage space.

I am 30 year old male Civil Engineer during the weekdays and an Army Logistics Officer 1 weekend a month on a regular 9-5 schedule. I work from home 2x a week, but currently deployed overseas. I have one pet (M, Pitbull/ Boxer, 12) as the worst security dog (overly friendly and energetic). Roommate 1 (M, 37) Navy Reservist on a regular 9-5 schedule and 1 weekend a month. Roommate 2 (M, 21) is a full time college student and part time Amazon Warehouse worker. Roommate 3 (F, 30) is a an animal vet. We are all quiet, clean, and keep amongst ourselves.
