Mackenzie's room

We are offering a spot in a 3 bedroom, two-bathroom home in the Cascade Shores living area. The home is a single-floor arrangement on the upper level of a two-story house with a balcony overlooking the lake. The area includes a one-car garage along with multiple parking spots along the property. Cascade provides a variety of amenities including an outdoor pool, lounge area, and gym. In addition, staff provide outdoor care including landscaping and plowing on snowy days which is included in the house fee. Cascade Shores is close to downtown and right next to the Mayo employee west lot which is ideal for any upcoming Mayo employees. The rental place is also close to a few small shops and a large park area with paved trails, sheltered benches, and a few docks for swimming, fishing, or other recreational purposes.

For the last two years, the three of us have lived together in this townhome. Recently, one of us accepted a position in the Twin Cities and we are looking for a replacement. The roommate begins moving out in the summer but the room will be available starting in September.

Both of us are currently working at Mayo Clinic (lab tech in downtown & Nurse at St. Mary’s.) We are both quiet, down-to-earth people who love animals and exploring the city.
