I have a two-bed, two-bath second floor apartment in the heart of Alpine conveniently located off I-8 30 miles from downtown San Diego and Mission Valley. You would have your own bedroom and bathroom. Due to the high price I would need to cover the rent, I am potentially looking to share this place with a couple. If possible I could give you the master bedroom with the attached bathroom. Regardless, you’d have your own bathroom. I have two cats who are my babies and my main concern is just that whoever resides here would be clean, non smoking, respectful and responsible especially when it comes to not leaving the front door open. Place has HVAC, washer/dryer. I would like to split the electric bill if possible. You would have full access to the kitchen and to watch TV in living room. Internet is included as well as all the subscription services I have on the TV. I want whoever lives here to respect boundaries but at the same time feel at home.

I am an online student and work part-time outside of the home. When I am here I am usually preparing my meal or working on assignments. I don’t party or drink.
