We are looking for someone to take over an unfurnished room in a three-bedroom two-bath condo near the Airport. Please email us, with inquiries including when you would be available to meet in person and with a bit of info about yourself. Please include your phone number with your inquiry.

The room is available starting at the beginning of July, for the right tenant. Rent is $800 per month, all Utilities & WIFI are included. Start with a month-to-month agreement and then a yearly agreement after that, hopefully. The goal is to find a good fit that could be semi-permanent for up to three years.

Refundable security deposit of $800.

The home: -Upstairs unit -Washer and dryer -Parking available* -Patio for grilling -Quick access to the interstate and Frontage Rd via Dry Creek Rd. -Dining room serves as an office space (One tenant works full time from home) -The master bedroom with en suite is shared by the two current tenants and owners (a couple). The second bedroom is a guest room and the third is available to be rented. The second bathroom would be mostly private (shared only with the occasional guests).

The roommates/condo owners: -One female and one male both age 30, two cats, and many house plants. We tend to be homebodies but enjoy kayaking, hiking, skiing, and getting out with friends and family. We cook most of our meals and are happy to work out grocery sharing for shared meals. We tend to spend a lot of our downtime in shared living spaces. Always down to get a few episodes in or watch a movie as a household but we understand and are not opposed to a recluse. -Hosts the occasional gatherings but this is not a party house. Every other Friday is game night (ending at the latest by 10:00p). -420 friendly

We are looking for someone clean & tidy, respectful, and a good communicator. We are open to all types of people who fall into those categories. Everyone is expected to be conscious of their impact on others.
