I am staying in a beautiful appartment at the Nine12 Gateway Appartment Complex which comes with incredible ammenities including a pool, grill, workout area and nice common areas. The entire apartment complex is smoke free.

The common areas are nearly furnished. The person moving out is taking their dinning room table the bar stools but I can easily replace those.

Utilities generally come out to $150 total (split between both tenants) and include Electric, water, trash and fiber internet.

I was on the lease with a roommate that is having issues with work and is looking to move home. I’m looking for a Male between 25 and 35 that is a working professional.

Previous roommate has had job turnover and is looking to move home with family.

The lease will end on February 28th 2023 so the term is roughly 7 months.

The only other person living at the property would be me. I’m 31 year old male that works from home in Tech. I’m active in my church and workout regularly. I work from home so I like to spend time with friends when I’m not working.
