Good size room with big closet and you will have your own bathroom. Please see picture for reference. The circled bedroom and bathroom will be yours. Our apartment is on the 2nd floor. We also have washer and dryer that you are free to use in the units. Our apartment community has 3 pools and multiple playgrounds. 5 mile walking trail across the street. Street parking can tend to get crowded after 5pm. PLEASE keep that in mind. All stores and restaurants are nearby within a 5 min drive such as Costco, Vallarta, Target, Ross and many more.

We are a small family of 3 with a five year old. We are usually gone on the weekends doing activities or visiting family. Our son is very active and playful and loves meeting new people. We need someone who won’t mind a living room full with toys occasionally not always
