About the room
We are a Diverse, Inclusive, and (currently) all Women household <3 If you are looking for a recharge and reset, this is the perfect place for you. The hot tub, fireplace, hammock, antique stove, and other amenities will make you feel like you’re on vacation. Quiet and secluded, but a short five-minute walk to coffee shops, the independent bookstore, the local beach, and amazing restaurants. Located on the Sonoma County Transit System. Only a 20-minute drive to Northern California’s Coast.
In this mature human space, we have a thoughtful quiet time between 9 pm and 8 am. No pets, smokers, or couples. The room is $1100 a month, a minimum 3 month lease is available, but you can stay longer. Contact me for deets :)
Move in costs are 1st month + security deposit. Utilities are shared. Hot tub maintenance and garbage is included. No smoking, no couples, no pets, and no overnight guests until we get to know you.
Plenty of street parking. On a public bus line. A rental application and credit check are required. Bills are expected to be paid on time. Please be tidy.

Currently, this is an all Women household. We all have 9 to 5 jobs, are tidy, kind, thoughtful, clean up after ourselves, and have a space that is a sanctuary.
