Hi, my name is Roberto Pavez. I have a lease in Capri Apartment, and I will leave the apartment in April. I need someone to take over the lease until September, then afterwards the lease is free for a new contract.

It is one spacious room, with a sink, and two available bathrooms on the shared common space (There is always availability). It is a very nice place, near the University of Oregon, and has all accomodations such as heat, water and internet, and parking availability. Very nice roommates, never had a problem with any of them. Everybody washes their own dishes, and the dynamic is very focused on the Academic duties. Bathrooms remain clean
