Brian's room

This is the 2 story 4,200 square foot house on top of the hill with just me that lives in it. The house is in the middle of 5 acres, and all of the neighbors have 5 acres. It has a very large roof covered second story deck. A very useful gym to work out in if you want to, inside of the house, there is also the pool table and an arcade dart board that go with many other things. The rooms themselves have very standard carpet and sheet rock. Given, I am not the best sheet rocker, so there could be some people who might have some issues with the details, but it does help you because it keeps me from worrying about any serious damage to the sheet rock. I do have a bed with drawers in it for a room if it is needed. There is another room that is the same size at 11’x12’ that is empty. I do have some more furniture that could fill another bedroom if you needed it. Then my third room that I have is a larger room, 12’ 6“x 12’ so the price for it is another 100 dollars. Yes, my third room. The house is way larger than I had expected and it does make living with the other two very nice and easy. Also the size of that third room needs to be a different price because of the size of it, this makes it $700 a month, and it turns out that right now it is the only room that I have available.

I am a retired firefighter/paramedic from Graham, WA. I have suffered a serious brain infection from work that came very close to taking my life. I was able to live but did suffer the ability to be able to drive anymore. A lot of my life and hobbies had to be changed, because of this I have new hobby, it is restoring arcade games, and collecting puzzles. Since I collect the arcade games, it means that I do have a small collection of them that I am trying to restore and play with. The other side of my illness was that before anything had changed. The purpose of my property for me was for the motocross track that I had put onto it. I still have the track on the property, but it is for anyone who asks me to ride on it now.
