Looking for a short term tenant to MOVE in by MAY 6th!

You may move in anytime after April 25th and will not be charged for the month of April!

*The room does not include the tv, as it belongs to our last roommate, and will be deep cleaned before your move in date.

About the Apartment: Looking for a short term tenant to fill 1 of the bedrooms in a 5 bed 2 bath apartment until the end of August. The apartment is a gated complex on the 3rd floor, which offers amazing views of downtown! The common spaces and kitchen are already furnished with everything you may need for your stay. The bedroom is not furnished, and you will be expected to financially contribute to common items such as toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soaps, etc.

About the area: This is a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment located right off telegraph and 24th st! This is a very walkable area, with a grocery store just across the street! We are a 10 minute walk from, Bart and Lake Merritt. And the freeway entrance is just down the street! There is a plethora of bars and restaurants literally 500ft away! This apartment suits anyone who likes nightlife!!

Utilities: The rent includes both water and trash expenses. Wifi is $20 monthly, renters insurance is $11 monthly, and pg&e can vary from $65-85 a month.

Pets: There are 3 pets total that live at the apartment. 2 cats and 1 extra small poodle dog. They are all very friendly and loving. The litter boxes for the cats are kept away from the common areas.

Unfortunately, we are not looking for another animal to join, as we have maxed out our pet limit.

There are currently 3 girls, including myself that live at the apartment.

Sterling: I rent out two of the rooms, and am the original tenant for the apartment. You will be paying your rent and utilities to me via venmo, zelle, cash app or PayPal. I am a 22 year old part time nanny, I also do face painting on weekends, and I go to school full time! I love art, going on hikes, getting dressed up and going out with friends! Movies are my hobby, and I’m a great cook!

Elisa: Elisa rents out the rooms across the hall from you. She has the cutest and most quiet poodle dog ever! She is a 21 year old full time student and Starbucks barista! She’s always bringing home free drinks and is always there to offer a hit from her bong! Elisa loves crystals, astrology, and has a passion for shows and movies. She is always down for deep convos and wins the award for funniest roommate.

Fatimah: Fati, is one of the most understanding people you will meet. Whether you’re having a bad day, or need a hug, she will always be there for you! She works at a ramen shop, and loves to bring home leftovers. Fati enjoys baking and is always sharing her tasty treats with everyone else! Fati enjoys, evening hangouts at the lake, loves plants, and music is one of her favorite things in life!

All the roommates at 530 24th street smoke weed! We love hanging out together in the living room and are excited to welcome a new addition! Our goal is to make you feel welcome into your home and hopefully we can become friends!

All roommates are expected to contribute weekly to cleaning up the common areas, their shared bathrooms as well as taking out trashes, recycling and compost. We have a weekly chore schedule and conduct monthly meeting to ensure that everyone feels safe and comfortable at home.
