Liz's room

Hello! The house itself is a 3BR/2BA duplex in the Boise neighborhood in N Portland. It’s close to food/bars on Mississippi St if that interests you. It’s also mostly furnished excluding the available room, but we’re not too tied to anything so happy to accommodate your things! The available room is on the second floor; it’s very spacious with a walk-in closet, and plenty of room for a WFH set-up. The upstairs bathroom is shared, and the washer/dryer is also upstairs. The kitchen, living room, main bathroom, and third roommate’s room are all on the main floor. We also have a front porch with patio furniture and a shared backyard with a small deck.

We’re both females (she/her) in our mid-20s. I’m originally from Philadelphia, but I’ve lived here for 2 years now. I’m an engineer, and I’m typically in the office 3-4 days a week and work 1-2 days from home. My roommate is originally from the Seattle area, but has lived in the area for 6 years; she’s a Med student at OHSU. We both like to run and hike, and we like hosting friends on weekends. We keep the space pretty clean, but we’re not obsessive. We both drink occasionally, but neither of us smoke. You’ll also probably see our duplex-mates around on the porch or in the backyard; they’re about our age and very friendly and respectful!
