A bedroom is available w/ access to a private bathroom within a four-bedroom, two-floor house in Newport News, VA. We have central AC, dishwasher, Hulu/Internet with indoor washer/dryer, etc. Fenced backyard with covered patio and grill. Driveway and street parking. A den, living room, dining room, and office/craft room are shared spaces. The room plus utilities are $750 a month. A six-month lease is required. The Location – The house is at 37 Ridgewood Parkway, across Denbigh Blvd. from Mary Immaculate Hospital, Newport News/ Williamsburg Airport. It is near Walmart, Food Lion, Patrick Henry Mall, and Fort Eustis. As well as various restaurants and shops.

I am the homeowner. Mid-thirties female who works full time at Mary Immaculate with plans of going back to school. I am a quiet, easygoing, introvert. I like a clean, organized space with occasional socialization. I have one elderly dog (Westie) that is independent but friendly. Due to her status as the only pet, any other pets are restricted to terrarium animals. I am looking for a respectful, introverted roommate who is responsible for rent. Clean and smoke-free. Perfect for a graduate student, professional, travel nurse or military that does not party late. Occasional guests are fine, preferably on the weekend but just please ask first.
