I have a 3 bd/2bath 1850 sq ft house in northwest Austin and I’m looking for a clean, professional, female roommate. You would have your own private bathroom and washer/dryer available to use. Rent is 920/mo (not including bills). Very accessible to 183 and I-45 and about ~25 min to downtown. Only looking to live with one other person right now and room will be available beginning in May!

I’ve lived in this house for 5 years and love the area. It is quiet, have great neighbors, and there’s a really nice park with a trail within walking distance. I am 30 years old and work full time. I have a 9 year old Australian shepherd who loves people. He does get grumpy with other animals so if you have a pet we will have to introduce them first. I am pretty quiet and don’t party. I am also very big on keeping the common areas clean. I love to travel, go hiking, and do other outdoorsy activities. Please message me if you think we’d be a good fit :)
