Bobbi's room

The avialble room is the unfurnished master with two large closets and attached bath, in a 2bd 2.5 bath apartment. Please ignore my roommates mess, but these photos best demonstrate the size of the room as there are queen and full materesses, dresser, and desk with room to spare. The unit is a 3rd floor walk-up and is two stories (living/kitchen/den downstairs and bedrooms upstairs) so renter should be stair-friendly. My current roommate is moving out in mid June and will be taking some common area furniture with them so there will be room to make common spaces yours as well!

This will be a lease takeover for my current roommate, not a sublet, so the apartment complex will require a background check. Lease is through 4/28/25. The apartment is in a large complex, that feels like its own neighborhood. There are two grocery stores, a hospital, and some restaurants in walking distnace, and only a 8 to 15 minute drive (depending on traffic) from King St. Metro. The community has a pool, gym, and plenty of free street parking, with onsite parking available for a fee. The apartment community is non-smoking.

The remaining resident (me) is an early 30s F professional. I enjoy summers spent outdoors, traveling, cooking, baking, reading, and coffee. I’ll watch TV, but it’s not my favorite so feel free to hog the remote! I’m not looking for someone to spend all of my time with, but would like to at least get along well enough to share a meal and the couch.

I’m clean, but can be cluttered in that I will leave blankets unfolded, and dishes out to dry on the counter. I don’t tend to host “parties”, but am always up for having people over for dinner/board games/movies/etc. I occasionally will have friends from out of town stay the weekend, and would welcome you to also. I like going out for dinner/drinks/concerts on occasion, but don’t tend to be a night owl.
