You are looking at the largest room on the main floor with a closet that stretches the length of the wall. The room is located on the main floor next to one of the 2 full bathrooms at your disposal. The house comes fully furnished (excluding your room) and includes many extras that house shares normally do not. All utilities are included & house supplies. Tons of things are included to make house sharing easier for everyone. The house has central heating and AC to keep the house cool during the summer. The house is located away from main streets in the quite neighborhood of Cheshire Village. Low crime area with many conveniences within walking distance or a short drive. Close to highways and just about everything you need. A little less than 10 mins from the center of downtown Grand Rapids.

There are 3 others that live in the house that all in their 20’s (26F, 27M, 29M). All met as new roommates. Work full time in various industries. Being respectful and clean individuals is the most important thing we strive for. Looking for someone similar to share the house with.
