I’m asking tenants to bring their current pay stubs to prove employment and a copy of their credit report, which your banking institution will do for free. Too many people need to qualify or pay simple bills on their credit report, which shows me they are not responsible for their finances. Your bathroom is next to your room but not inside your bedroom. The laundry is on the same floor as your room too. The first floor is the common spaces and kitchen. I am the owner, and I live on the second floor. The room for rent is on the third floor.
