This apartment is located at the hottest spots of Koreatown. Walking distance to all yelp famous Korean restaurants and bars. The apartment itself is in a safe neighborhood and we even offer 2 parking spots in our garage (additional fee). This is a two bedroom apartment but I am offering it for room shares. Laundry area in the building complex for every floor. The room itself has two bunk beds and are furnished. Available space is 4 beds. The room has a tv and sofa inside and also have ensuite bathroom that you will be sharing with. It also has a shared furnished and complete set kitchen, a shared living room, shared dining area.

There’s currently no roomies yet but we are looking for someone who is professional, clean, responsible and respectful of others. Someone who will take care of the apartment like it’s their own.
