I’ve been using the second bedroom as an office and I haven’t cleared things out of the room yet. Sorry, the pictures reflect that and its a bit cluttered as I clear things out for possibly YOU!

This is a conscious living and joyful home. I love filling the space with good music and laughter. I’d love to share this home with someone that is clean, responsible and capable of adding positive good energy into the space! What are you bringing into the environment? Clean on the outside, clean on the inside. This home is set on a foundation of clear & healthy communication, clean living and shared house chores (energetically and physically). From this clean mindset, there is tons of space for creativity, growth and joy…as we RISE together.

Are you social or a hermit? I tend to do both. I enjoy social activities but I also require my down time with myself. Friends are welcome over, I particularly love potlucks.

ABOUT ROOM AND SPACE: Room is 12x11. Large double closet in room. Shared Bathroom has a double sink and tons of space. Shared common spaces, huge kitchen for cooking and living room. The condo is over 1000 sqft. No pets, sorry - landlord will not allow any more. Lots of space to do yoga, create music, meditate, cook, dance, socialize, work, whatever your jam is - do it! Street parking.

ABOUT LOCATION: Quiet neighborhood. Great neighbors. Not near the flight path noise. Easy access to just about everywhere. i-5 and i-8 are about 5 minutes away. Ocean Beach, Pacific Beach, North Park, Downtown are just 15 minutes away. Mission Valley is under 10 minutes away. Mission Trails is 15 minutes away. Tecolote Canyon is 5 minutes away. USD campus is just up the hill.

ABOUT ME: I’m a Libra, 39 years old and passionately working towards various goals and visions. My loving dog lives here with me, she is super social and sweet. I love to be outside and create a positive and fun environment. I often have music on, but not always as silence is also nice. Professionally, my work involves helping others find health and inner alignment, as a Reiki Master Teacher, Life Coach and Vocal Sound Therapist. My private practice is in North Park. So, it’s important to me that my home is drama free as I give a lot of my energy to helping others. I love to cook, hike, dance, go to the beach, meditate, craft, etc. tend to go to bed early and rise early. I value plant medicine, but not the abuse of it. I work with indigenous earth based practices to support my earth walk. I don’t smoke tobacco, rarely partake in alcohol and marijuana. Looking for the same.
