This is a non-smoking very nice loft apartment. My lease renewed this month and looking for a roommate to rent the upstairs loft. The shared bathroom is upstairs as well. We have a swimming pool, workout gym, laundry room and clubhouse.

I am very easy to get along with. I am a very clean and organized person. This is a non-smoking very nice loft apartment. Very friendly neighbors and pet friendly as well. 🐶

⭐ You will have the whole upstairs loft to yourself being that I sleep downstairs and only share the upstairs bathroom. Jon
