Kyle's room

Looking for a roommate.This price includes all utilities including: internet/cable box in bedroom and living room, electric, gas, heat, water, HOA, etc. I had an old roommate who was great but he is changing jobs so had to move. This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, and you would be living with me, Kyle, a remote straight professional in his 30s who works from home sometimes. Although the pictures don’t show it, I now have furniture like couches, tvs, etc and the carpet has been replaced with a hardwood look. The kitchen also now has a granite countertop, and the walls have been freshly painted. Your room is empty, so bring a bed, mattress, and maybe a dresser to go with your closet. This is a gated development (Raintree) with a nice walking path, executive golf course, tennis courts, ample parking, etc. I live in walking distance to: grocery store, USPS, italian restaurant, Chinese restaurant, bagel store, liquor store, Starbucks, Bank of America, a few bars, etc. 1 mile from Centrastate hospital, 1 mile from the Freehold Raceway Mall. Pets or smokers are not preferable but maybe run it by me if you are willing to smoke on the balcony or your lizard stays in a tank.

Just me - my name is Kyle, I work remotely so I work from home sometimes. I cook sometimes in the kitchen, I am pretty active so go out traveling or out to my softball games pretty frequently. I am a respectful guy - I don’t play loud music or make lots of noise late at night. Have a friend over once in a while but no parties.
