I need a replacement for my room. Only females

The place is available from May 16th/June 1.

The house is 4bd/1.5ba in Farmington Ave Unionville CT (opposite to Yodkin-Morin Memorial Park). The bus stand is just in front of the house. It takes 18mins by bus to UConn health and 13mins by car. There are parking spots for 3 people. I live here and will be leaving in the mid of May.

Right now, there are two other women living in our house share. One American female (house share manager) is a Professional musician who has 2 quiet indoor cats ( no music done at home) & she was faculty at UConn health, and another is a Thai female UCHC dentist.

The place is really good, everything is accessible nearby. It’s walkable distance to Farmington shops. I am searching for my replacement. The lease will be till July 31, 2023 and people can stay longer (A full year lease will start Aug. 1, 2023 & if needing to leave earlier, people can seek a replacement as I am doing)

We are not looking to fill the 4th room as it will be used as common / guest area. So it will be 3 people. There is 1 bathroom on 2nd floor and half bathroom in first floor. There are washer, dryer, fridge, dishwasher microwave, etc. The heating is controlled at each floor. There are two rooms on the 2nd floor, where my fully furnished room is with carpet and the common room is on the 3rd Floor.
All furniture in my room belongs to our house share manager also hers in the 1st FL common area) & she is really good as she shared all that. The total rent of the apartment is $1400, which is divided between 3 people and will be $467 each. The electricity and heating bills will be ~$150 & that should be less over the summer. Also, no other pets are allowed. No smokers.

There are two roommates, one is a musician and another woman is a dentist in UConn Health.
