Hello all. I have one single-occupancy room left for rent. The house is a 4bdrm/2bath. There will be 3 other people living (that includes me).

$795 a month includes all the utilities (gas, electric, water, and internet with unlimited data cap) plus extras. I provide common area shared items like the TP, paper towel, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, and cleaning supplies for the house to make things easier for everyone involved. All landscaping and maintenance is provided. It also includes a monthly clean of all common areas.

House has central heating and cooling. The washer/dryer is in the basement (supplies not included since it’s not a shared activity or space reducer). Both common area tv’s have streaming services logged in with about 100 local antenna stations on the living room as well. All common areas are fully furnished with everything needed including all kitchen supplies. There are 2 spots that are mostly off-road, but the house is a corner lot with tons of street parking and no odd/even rules. There are 2 full size fridges and a chest freezer for added fridge/freezer space.

House has been updated with many extras you wont find in your average rental. We even have a reverse osmosis water system for some of the best tasting water around.

Me (30M), 32(F) and 28(F). Everyone met as new roommates and we are looking for another great roommate to fill the house. Me and one of the other roommates have a cat and are willing to make room for 1 more. We are all career oriented, caring and respectful about living with each other. We believe communication is key to a happy house. We keep common areas clean and ready to be used by the next person. We all get along.
