Located in Natomas Crossing, Bedroom is unfurnished. Bathroom shared with guests. Washer and dryer in unit, living room and kitchen is fully furnished. Quiet complex with access to pool. Within walking distance of Starbucks, several restaurants and shopping centers. No pets. Landlord will require background/credit check and application.

I tend to be an introvert. But can be social too. Maintaining a tidy living space is my forte. I am a non-smoker and on occasion will have a drink.
