I have one private bedroom for rent which I can optionally furnish. The room is 144 square feet and features a walk-in closet, private balcony, and semi-private bathroom. Utilities are included in cost (rent, internet, electric and gas, water, and trash).

The apartment complex includes a laundry room, pool, and spa, and is in a walkable neighborhood with nearby shopping and dining. The location is also a few minutes’ drive or walk from Palomar and CSUSM. Parking is available in unnumbered spaces, and spaces are always available.

The Apartment: • Lived-in but clean space • Quiet atmosphere • 6 or 9 mo. lease options available to start with possibility of extension at renewal • Has two cats (but cannot accept any additional animals)

Other: • No smoking • No 420 (property policy, sorry!) • No parties • Light, responsible drinking is O.K.

I am an independent, professional female with two cats. Overall I lead a quiet life of reading, streaming a show or playing video games, and baking.

My job is hybrid, which means I work from home two days a week. But I’m also quite active and get outdoors often for hiking, archery, and tennis.

My two cats are an ex-feral (though you’d never know it) and ex-barn cat. They take time and patience to warm up to new people, but have lots of love to give once trust is gained.
