Single mom (33) with 2 sweet but busy kiddos who would be across the hall from you. My room is downstairs. I work from home mostly and the boys are 6 and 8. They are with me half the time so you get the upstairs alone the half of the time. I love karaoke (adele, doja, ariana, Aerosmith), kayaking if it’s ever hot again, and meeting new people. We are chaotic and awesome at the same time. Silliness and good vibes lives in this house. We do respect quiet hours of 11 to 7 per HOA! I do need to note I don’t want guests here when children are present.
