Alicia's room

Looking for a quiet place out in the country? I have a furnished bedroom available for rent. It has a queen bed, book shelf, dresser and shelving in the closet. All can be removed if you have your own furniture. I’m putting “shared” bathroom because it’s the main bathroom but you’ll be the only one using it. I don’t have city water, I have well water but I have a water softener. My house is part of my family’s property so I’m looking for someone who will be respectful. No excessive alcohol and no tobacco or drugs in the house. Oh, I have a new kitten so you can’t be allergic to cats. I have a very “country cozy” feel to the interior of my house. It was my Dad’s house and I still haven’t changed the way he had it before he passed away. I’m not a messy person but I feel like a house should be lived in, feel comfortable and not feel like a museum.

I’m a pretty quiet 44 year old female who loves the Hallmark channel and is currently addicted to Korean dramas. I also like to read and occasionally do crafts. I’m somewhat of a homebody but I also enjoy girls night out with my coworkers or having a game night with some friends. I’m not big into cooking for one but I like to cook when it’s for more than just me.
