Fatima's room

4 bedroom 2 bathroom. There’s two guys aside from myself living here. We’re looking to fill to the two smaller rooms! Couples welcome and will be given both rooms for $840/month! If a single person, it’s $420/ month. There’s a sunroom and spacious backyard. There’s 2 dogs and 1 cat in the house! We’re okay with 1-2 animals but it would depend on the type of animal. There’s also a little shed we use for storage. This current lease ends mid September but there’s potential to renew if enough people stay.

I’m Fatima, 24f, currently working at a deli/bakery with a varying schedule and have a cat named June. Tim is 38m working as a teacher so he typically has weekends off and has a dog named Brooke. Bill is 28m working as a remote data engineer and is home most of the time with a dog named Leia. We’re all pretty laid back and share the chore load. Looking for someone chill and CLEAN to rent out the 2 other rooms. I will be leaving Mid-July to move to Tucson and Bill will be leaving at the end of the lease. Tim is willing to renew the lease if the new roommates are looking to do the same and are a good fit.
