Spacious kitchen and living area. Laundry and parking included. Beautiful lanai and spacious backyard. I have a grill and am kind of a beast on it, but you are welcome to use it as well. You have your own room and bathroom with shower. House is in a great location. 5 minutes from Gulfport’s waterfront district. 10 minutes from downtown St. Pete. 15 minutes from St. Pete beaches. It’s like being on vacation everyday…
About the roomies
It is a two bedroom house so I am the only roommate. Clean and easy going. I work from home full time. Mostly go to the gym, play basketball and watch sports. Like to go out and go to the beach but also love my down time too. Just looking for someone who is chill and can help with the rent! Will also be traveling at times this summer so will have the house to yourself for a month or two!
