Hi! I have a private bedroom available for $800 a month including utilities in a 4 bedroom 2 bath house, 1600sqft. Looking for a reliable roommate 21-26. The bedroom available is 10x10 with a private closet and shared bathroom. We also have extra storage. The house is furnished while the bedroom is unfurnished We also have a quarter acre yard with a patio and fire pit. We also have a 3 car driveway, extra fridge in the garage, Wifi, AC/heating, and washer dryer. Unfortunately owner don’t allow pets but a single cat is negotiable.

Hi! My partner (23m) and I (22f) have a 6 month old daughter. We also have a roommate (25m) staying until the end of June. We’re all pretty low key, and our roommate keeps to themselves. We try to keep tidy and may have a couple friends over every once and awhile.
