I’m subleasing my room in our 2B2B apartment located at Retreat at Barton Creek in South Lamar, Austin. I would love for someone to take my room!
The room is available from the end of July move-in until the end of the lease on 03/06/2024. The room and the apartment are furnished with a monthly rate of $1,033/month + utilities approx $150/month (including wifi, water, electricity, and miscellaneous). About the roomies
Vivek, 24, is currently taking the master bedroom. He is a lawyer and WFH - super friendly, chill, respectful, and clean. We have been living together for almost a year and everything has been always very well! It is super nice to live with him!
