We are seeking our newest roommate in a 3 Bedroom, 2bath house in Hawthorne (yes, 3 Bedrooms) 1 bedroom is vacant. Place is great for SMC / El Camino in distance. Washer/dryer, patio, garage storage (working on the backyard and hall bath). Roommates to treat house as home (be respectful). Share bath with 1 female only (another female is preferred, Thank you). Living room Cable T. V is part of utilities. There is off street parking. No deposit needed. Rent is month to month. Utilities are separate & split 3 ways. Apologies, no pets. Present Roommate would like to share bathroom with another female only. Casual background check is done, $510.00 and you’re in. House is available starting May 1st or there of (give or take).
