Castillion Terrace

Two singles are available, I’m looking for new housemates to extend my lease with. I live in a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath condo near the base of campus, all utilities are available, including parking and an in-unit washer and dryer. The neighborhood is nice, very close to the base of campus and bus stops to campus on Bay. I’m a pretty relaxed person and work most days of the week so I’m looking for a couple of people 21+ years old (not super mandatory) who are responsible and easygoing.

I’m a pretty chill person, I spend a lot of time working and I’m also a digital artist photographer and music producer. I’m very respectful and easy going, and looking for people who are also laid back.
