Ant's room

This house is located in south Stafford County, just 2 minutes from the VRE and 12 minutes from UMW! Own bedroom with your own bathroom. Utilities included in rent! Bedroom will be furnished with a full sized bed, small desk, and a nightstand. Pictures to be updated soon! Shared spaces include the kitchen, both living rooms, the deck, and the laundry room. Storage space is available if needed! We are looking for a drug free/smoke free roommate. We own a conure, a small parrot, who is a natural alarm clock. As a result, this room is ideal for a person who does not work evening/overnight. This room is perfect for a young professional or student.

This house is occupied by myself, Ant, and my partner Jasper. We are both young professionals in our 20s. I work for state government, while Jasper works as an elementary school teacher. We like to spend time with our bird, Sprite, after work. We enjoy watching TV, listening to music, and going out on the weekend to see friends and family. Sprite is a young green cheek conure who knows how to cheer anyone up with a gleeful “Yippee!” He enjoys singing to himself, hanging upside down, and playing with bells.
