Carolina's room

My roommate and I (both females) are looking for one person to rent the basement apartment in our townhome. It includes your own living room, bedroom, bathroom, and the shared laundry is down there. We are asking $950 for monthly rent. Utilities, trash, internet, and water bills typically end up around $150, so the total amount to budget for your share would be $1100 (sometimes bills would be cheaper than $150 however).

The kitchen, another shared living room, and our two bedrooms are upstairs.

The townhome is very nicely updated, with two patios upstairs and TONS of storage space on your level— we mean it, TONS!

I have one dog and one cat, both of which are sweet. Our ideal roommate would not have any pets because of this.

The townhome is near Edora Park off of Prospect in Fort Collins.

Our names are Carolina and Lindsey! We are both teachers (middle school and preschool), so we are up early and typically start being quiet around 10 PM on weeknights.

We are super relaxed and tidy. We enjoy live music, traveling, and hanging around Fort Collins.

We need a roommate who is respectful of common areas and is punctual with bills (paid the 1st of the month). We are 420 friendly, but it would need to happen outside.
