Hey all!

I have one room available in a beautiful home in Edgewater. There are currently 2 males and 1 female in the house but no gender preference for who fills this available room. The room will be available June 1 for $1,100/month plus utilities. There are already two dogs in the house so, unfortunately, no other pets are allowed at this time.

Looking for roommates mid 20s to mid 30s that are tidy and responsible but also chill and social to keep the good vibes flowing. I became friends with the previous roommates and hoping to do the same again.
