One room available in quaint home. Carpet, tub and shower in the bathroom, shared bathroom with one roommate. Kitchen is large but easier to manage one person at a time. Some counter space is available. No room for furniture in the living room but there is garage space for storage. Large backyard and friendly dog but needs to meet outside of the house first (normal for many dogs). House is close to public transit (bus by the house and lightrail down the road). About 13 mins to downtown and bike trail is super close!

Katie (she/her): I act as the liaison to the landlords, so anything the landlords would normally do would just go through me. I work from home so I am around quite a bit. I appreciate friendly folks who understand how to keep things clean and are respectful to others in a shared space. I have a partner who stays over a couple days a week but has his own place. I love my dog (McKinley) and hope you do too! He is my best bud. He’s a bit protective of the house because the neighborhood is a little rough around the edges. If you want to see the place we just have to meet at a nearby park first so that McKinley can feel comfortable with you first. If you aren’t comfortable with dogs, this is not the place for you. But if you love them and have an energetic and happy dog yourself, then you’ll probably fit right in! I would welcome a roommate who has a dog as long as our pups get along. Typically medium to large size is better but he has been friends with smaller dogs too. That’s enough about me, now here’s Lee! Lee (they/them): They will be your neighbor.
