This is a large cabin in South Knox in a great location sitting on 3 acres. The best part is you feel safe and isolated and yet still so close to everything. -15 minutes from airport -15 from downtown -30 seconds from walmart -30 seconds to Home Depot -8 minutes to Meads Quarry You will have your own room fully furnished or you can bring your own stuff. It is upstairs and you will share a bathroom with one other person, however there are two sinks so you can have your own space. There is another full bathroom downstairs that you can use as well if both people need to shower/ use the restroom at the same time.
I like people to feel at home, full access to the house and kitchen. I like to think you are renting an entire house for the price of just the room. You can use the gym upstairs and even the hot tub out on the back deck or even the fire pit for a relaxing night. There are a series of hiking trails right in my backyard if you’re active and enjoy a beautiful scenery. These trails are part of the Ancient Lore Village and are such a blessing to have to explore. I personally am on them almost everyday.
I currently live here with my dog Gunnar but we aren’t around very much. The basement is rented out to a gentleman and his small dog He keeps mostly to himself. There are five bedrooms between the main floor and the upstairs.
I don’t need to rent out the room, I prefer having like-minded people around. I’m looking for someone active, outgoing, and drama-free—someone who enjoys life, respects the space, and appreciates a great living environment. No drugs or excessive drinking, just good energy and a great vibe. Male or female is fine, but I’d prefer someone between 24 and 40 years old who values adventure, fitness, and a healthy lifestyle.
