Currently in the process of possibly closing on this home. Just doing my due diligence in searching for roomates, nothing is worse than throwing in roomies too quickly without properly vetting and talking about all things! If everything does go according to plan move in date will be within thirty to sixty days… Here is all the amenities of this home! **Spacious bedroom with large walk-in closet. Although outdated I plan on renovating your bedroom ASAP upon approval of home. Renovations to bedroom before move-in would include: painting of walls, new flooring, new ceiling fan **Bedroom has it’s own A/C **Shared 2 sink bathroom with own cabinet underneath **Large full-stocked kitchen with appliances and items such as: blender, air fryer, juicer, pots/pans, utensils, knives, plates, etc. **Common area furniture and TV would be purchased and included by me. -Stand-alone Fridge AND Freezer, (large enough to hold all roommates food!) **Laundry room with large front load washer and dryer. **Extremely large backyard space. Although bare as of the moment, I have plans on adding grass, trees, flowers and outdoor furniture **All utilities would be included in the rent such as: electric, gas, water, sewer, trash, internet, pest, and streaming services such as: netflix, hulu, disney+ and HBO **My dog, Dobby, will be living on the premises but he will be restricted from entering the kitchen, bedroom and bathrooms. He is a sweet but energetic fellow where all he wants to do is play and be petted. **Currently, I have one roommate booked and he is a personal friend of mine and he is equally as clean, respectful and fun to be around. We have been on many trips together and was my first person to ask when I began on searching for roommates

Hi there! I’m Silvino, 26 years old and an electronics mechanic for the Nevada Army National Guard. My job involves repairing anything that has a circuit board, and as a member of the military, I value honesty and integrity. I hold high standards for myself and my future roommates to ensure a stable and comfortable living situation for all.

In addition to my military duties, I’m also a Business Management major at Purdue University. When I’m not working or studying, I enjoy playing guitar, listening to music, hanging out with my Doberman named Dobby, and spending time with friends.

I will be sharing the bedroom with my girlfriend of four years, Heidi, who is also a full-time esthetician student and works full-time at a medical clinic. We mainly hang out on weekends due to our busy schedules, but we share similar interests and get along great. Her parents own the house directly behind our property, and they are friendly and outgoing, and they will help me with the home renovations.

If you are interested in rooming with honest, trustworthy, clean and respectful people then our home will be the one for you! Given the outdated interior it still is a beautiful home and I try to give the best amenities to make up for it. With the large laundry room, stand alone fridge and freezer, 2 living rooms, and large yard, I am confident in knowing we will all have our space and be free from any conflict or issues.
