The property is a 2 bed 2 bath with a garage, in unit washer and dryer, and in an amazing location 5 minutes from the beach. With 3 roommates someone would have to share a room, but the rooms are a really good size and there’s plenty of room for privacy.

Our names are Mallory & Chloe, we are 19 and going into our second year at cal state long beach. We are laid back and enjoy going to the beach, cooking, cleaning, and having fun. We both prioritize school, but enjoy a good social life balance as well. We are very excited to move to Newport and can’t wait to find a super cool roommate!!
