I have two furnished rooms for rent in the Adelanto High Desert area, $750 includes utilities. Ideal for a working professional. House is in new Adelanto, CA 5 min. away from Walmart on Palmdale and 395 HWY.

The room and house is super clean, comes with full size bed, night stand, dresser drawer, and closet. Must have proof of income, clean background, no drugs, alcohol is fine, marijuana is fine, single occupant only.

You will have full access to house. Sleepover ok with conditions. Home is equipped with washer and dryer, 2 refrigerators, wifi, BBQ, fire pit, patio, parking on street, access to garage for storage, weights in garage for working-out, bathroom is shared and overall awesome environment. Lastly, 2 friendly dogs kept outdoors and in my office space, they will not be in your way. Deposit is $650. Looking for a 12 month lease but willing to consider less.
