The room and house is super clean, comes with full size bed, night stand, dresser drawer, and closet. Must have proof of income, clean background, no drugs, alcohol is fine, single occupant only.

You will have full access to house. Sleepover ok with conditions. Home is equipped with washer and dryer, 2 refrigerators, wifi, BBQ, fire pit, patio, parking on street, access to garage for storage, weights in garage for working-out, bathroom is shared and overall awesome environment. Lastly, 3 friendly dogs named Sunny, Vincent, and Rocky, dogs are kept outdoors.

Serving surrounding areas: Adelanto, Victorville, Apple Valley, Hesperia, Phelan, Oak Hills, High Desert, San Bernardino, Barstow, Baldy Mesa, El Mirage, Helendale, Pinon Hills, Wrightwood

Rent is $750 a month. Deposit is $750. All utilities included in rent including wifi. No cable in house. 6 month lease term is ideal but willing to consider other options.
