Christina's room

I am a single mom of four girls. Only two of them live with me right now and they are ages three and four. I have one small dog who is kind of shy at first but will get to know you and be good. I live in Aurora near Buckley and iliff. I am currently needing a roommate to rent out maybe one or two rooms. One of them is medium size and the other one is small. It does have a fenced in backyard and pets are welcomed. Kids are also welcomed. I am asking $1,000 in rent and that will include the utilities and there’s also Wi-Fi. There is a shared kitchen and shared one and a half bathrooms. You can also park in the driveway. I’m asking a $400 non-refundable deposit due to the fact that I have been screwed over too many times in different situations And unfortunately that has scarred me. The room is available ASAP

I’m a single mom and have two little girls that live with me. They are three and four and a small dog. I just ask that you contribute to the household with me and pay your rent on time and don’t do anything that is too crazy. And also someone who’s 100% comfortable with kids and knowing that I am a single mom and that sometimes I may get loud lol
