(2) Rooms for the price of one! I’ve got 4 rooms available. The rooms vary in size from 12’x13’ to 20’x14’ (quite large). You will have a private bathroom with dual sinks, a bidet, a shower, and a tub. Each room rental comes with a free room for work/play/exercise and all utilities are included, including 1Gbps fiber internet!
House is located in Lorton, VA, approximately 3 minutes from I-95, 20-25 minutes to DC (without traffic), 10 minutes to Springfield, 10 minutes to Woodbridge, 25-30 minutes to Reagan Airport, and 40 minutes to Dulles. No smoking house (weeds okay though).

Laundry is on the bedroom level too, and you’ll have access to the kitchen (and 2 cupboards) and living room which has a huge leather sectional, 80“ HDR 8k TV, fireplace, and more. If you’re wanting a garage space that’s also available or there’s free street parking too. The house is modern, chill, and far too large for just me (over 4500 sqft!), so I’d love to have you stay with me. Anyone and everyone are welcome, looking for an age range 27-45, single, male or female, creative professionals are a plus (you can have access to my extensive photo/video equipment, including the basement studio too!). You’re also free to paint your room(s) whatever color you like as well. I have 2 cats but they keep to themselves, and they usually spend their day sunbathing or chilling with me in my editing bay. If you’re a couple and are looking to rent, please advise that there will be an additional $350 charge (to cover additional utility use).

Leases can be month-to-month, 6 months, or longer terms (1-2yr). Proof of employment is required.

If you’d like a furnished bedroom, there is one available too (for $1750/mo) which includes a bed, nightstands, and a closet + free additional room. If you’d like to park your car in the garage it’s an extra $100/mo.

I’m 38, I own and operate an audio/visual production company that specializes in timelapse, aerial, and high-speed cinematic productions for TV/film. I’m a US Navy Veteran, very responsible, chill, and drama free. I’m into frisbee, kickball, boxing, nerd stuff (Star Wars, sci-fi, fantasy), nature, and exercising. I spend most of my day editing in my production suite and also in the kitchen (I love to cook!). Looking for a roommate that’s similar in nature, chill, kind, respectful and enjoys having a good laugh. If you’re in the creative field that’s an added bonus because I also love to paint, create, and experiment with new mediums.
