Hi everyone, I am looking for a female roommate to join me in a great 2B1B Magnolia apartment (next to Queen Anne and close to Ballard) I found and am moving into May 1st. I’d be open to have the person be a June/July move in date if it’s the right fit. The rent goes for $2250/month total that we would split and is spacious with a balcony, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher and parking (that can also be used as private storage) is available for $150/mo but there’s a lot of street parking. I also have an elderly husky that sleeps/chills most of the time so would have to be ok with dogs and she doesn’t do well with other pets. Lmk and I can share more info about myself too 😊 Thanks!

I am a 31 year old female and have a dog named Lucy. I work from home in marketing and usually spend the weekends out with friends or at home watching tv. I like to workout and try new restaurants/bars and travel occasionally when I can.
