Zoe's room

This condo is in a gated community… it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You have your own bathroom that has a bathtub/shower. This is the smaller room, yet you do have your own atrium style patio. Your room includes your own closet with some built in drawers. There is a gated parking garage with 2 spots available for us. The complex has a pool and jacuzzi. This apartment is fully furnished other than the room being rented by you. There are pots, pans, utensils,etc. in the kitchen. The location is great… Its very quiet I can never hear cars, occasional sirens, but mostly just birds from the nearby nature. We have the fairview canyon to walk in, I frequent this walk weekly, it’s full of wildflowers right now and is stunning. The beach is a few miles away and we are halfway between Huntington Beach and Newport Beach. There is a Trader Joes 2 minutes away down Hamilton St. (huge plus), and a Target less than 10 minutes away. No animals sorry !

My name is Zoe, I’m born and raised here in Costa Mesa. I went to college at FIDM and graduated in 2021. I currently work at a bakery, and I work 8-4 during the weekdays. Weekends I’m normally home or thrifting, or going out to get drinks with friends, or just chilling with my boyfriend . I love to stay active whether that’s going on bike rides, going on hikes, and in the summer going to the beach. I do Pilates 4-5 days a week and my daily routine is pretty set. I enjoy cooking healthy meals and baking. I like to sew and spend some time altering and flipping old garments of mine into new. I feel like I can get along with anyone, I’m easy-going and don’t sweat the small stuff, and am always down to meet new people.
