Seeking a male roommate!

We’ve got an incredible location directly across from Quincy Adams Station on the Red Line (Braintree). We’re offering a room in a smoke-free building with access to fantastic amenities. Additionally, there’s the convenience of secure parking available in a private garage for a supplementary fee.

Furthermore, we’re excited to mention the potential option to upgrade to a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit within the same complex before or after your initial move-in (we’ll provide more details during our meeting). Currently, this apartment is 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom.

The property conveniently sits close to major highways, such as I-93, I-95, and Route 3, making commuting a breeze. The building also provides electric vehicle charging stations.

Inside the apartment, you’ll find an in-unit washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and a disposal. You’ll also enjoy the benefits of a tankless, high-efficiency hot water heater and a smart thermostat. The kitchen is updated with modern touches and connects to a shared private patio with three other apartments.

The living room, kitchen, and hallway feature durable vinyl floors, while the bedrooms are carpeted, and the bathroom boasts elegant tile flooring. Our community offers an array of facilities, including a conference room, a heated outdoor pool deck with barbecue grills and a fire pit. Residents also have access to a clubhouse, a fully-equipped gym with 24/7 availability, and a yoga studio. For added convenience, there’s even a designated small area to wash your car. Bills are not incluided. Please note that applying to this property requires submission to the property office and screening by property management (lease office in the same building).

About the roomies

What we’re looking for in a roommate:

  • Preferably a male roommate.
  • We’re seeking a roommate without pets but who likes dogs (we have a dog). We prefer someone who values cleanliness and is very open-minded, regardless of their sexual orientation.
  • We want this person to feel comfortable and like part of our home, having their own space and the freedom to use the apartment’s amenities.
  • Additionally, we would like the possibility of sharing a glass of wine, a beer (optional).

** Importantly, we’re looking for a non-smoker to maintain our smoke-free environment but we’re CBD friendly.

What we appreciate:

  • We value a sense of responsibility, where our roommate is willing to contribute to cleaning the bathroom or after use the kitchen, and taking care of the trash. Cleaning is shared.

Who we are:

  • We are a low-key, open-minded gay married couple with a small/medium dog
  • We work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, occasionally working from home.
  • We enjoy being social drinkers (wine) and occasionally edibles.
  • At home, we spend a lot of time watching TV and often order takeout or cook at home for meals.
  • We are laid-back individuals who value a sense of freedom within our apartment.
  • We don’t host many parties, but we do have occasional guests or friends.
