Laurence's room

We are married couple offering a private, furnished room, with a private en suite bathroom in an updated Queen Anne Victorian in the Duboce Triangle neighborhood, just a short walk (2 blocks) from the Castro and subway lines and street car lines to downtown and other points throughout the City. The room features hardwood floors and a very large closet. There is a window, but no view. The building is quiet. Fully tiled bathroom features a very large tiled shower stall but no bathtub. Large closet. Microwave, Keurig coffee maker and Cable TV included in furnished room; small refrigerator also available on request. Tennis courts, restaurants and cafes, neighborhood parks, urgent care, stores, bars and public transportation are all within a two block radius, but the house is located on a tree-lined residential block of Duboce Triangle. The building is a short walk up a hill from the Castro District creating easy access to the great restaurants, bars and clubs, but provides a quiet residential respite a short walk away.

The rental is for a minimum of one year, and is month-to-month thereafter. We are sorry but we can not accommodate pets in this room.

Quiet, friendly and mature professional married couple (gay) owns the home. Other than the owners, this renter would be only resident in the home. The set up of rooms provide private, separate and secure (locked) accommodations. Your private (en suite) bathroom would only accessible from inside the bedroom that is rented. While the friendly and helpful owners routinely work from home, you will likely only see them if you are exiting out the hallway or stairway at the same time. A separate apartment is located in the building, accessed through a separate side entrance and has a friendly, single long-term tenant.
