Welcome! I’m renting out one room (3 total) in a recently renovated home located in a quiet, clean, and safe neighborhood.

✨ About the Home: The house has been freshly painted inside and out and updated with new sinks, new countertops, and modern finishes throughout. It’s comfortable, clean, and move-in ready.

I do not live on the property. Instead, Tammy and Shawn are the on-site property managers / ground keepers, and they occupy the master bedroom. They’re responsible, respectful, and help keep the home running smoothly.

🧹 Weekly Housekeeping Expectations: On either Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (all at once or spread across those days), you can expect Tammy and Shawn to:

• Sweep and mop the main areas of the house
• Clean the kitchen and the downstairs half bath (not the shared upstairs bathroom)
• Clean or tidy the laundry room to keep it in order
• Ensure both the front yard and backyard are organized and in good condition

This helps maintain a clean, comfortable, and peaceful environment for everyone.

I am the homeowner and the other 3 tenants(total) are 1 male and 2 females. One of the females and the male are the couple that live in the master bedroom.

They pretty quiet, clean, and keep to myself for the most part, and have not had any issues with previous tenants who have lived with me.
