Single room available for rent in spacious 2 story, 5 bed/2 bath house in Queen Anne. Home is close to several bus lines and a short walk to SPU and Fremont. The room is upstairs and has hardwood floors with a large closet and a built-in dresser. Windows offer lots of natural light in the bedroom. The kitchen is complete with a gas range and the basement has a washer and dryer. Lease ends August 31, 2023 with option to resign for 12 months. Utilities are not included and are paid bi-monthly. First month’s rent due on June 1st. There is also a $150 sign on fee, security deposit and 2.5x the rent is required. Please message for any other questions.

2 Men and 2 women currently reside here. They are all working professionals in their mid to late 20s that sometimes work from home. Otherwise, they are all respectful and quiet. Most of the time people are out of the house.
