This listing is for a private bedroom/bathroom in a 2 bedroom apartment nestled in Linda Vista. Please only respond if you are interested in signing a 1 year lease minimum.

We are the first tenants of this apartment unit and we have been here since 2021 when this complex opened. Since we paid a non-refundable deposit fee when we first moved in, there will be no deposit required again for re-signing the lease. (Hence $0 deposit fee.)

1 pet is allowed as long as they are a registered ESA with a valid letter written by a licensed mental healthcare professional or a service animal with documentation.

My name is Sam (he/him) and my spouse, Lei (they/them) and I looking for someone to share our lease for our apartment located in Linda Vista. The apartment was built two years ago and we are the first tenants in this unit. Everything is new and rent includes a private bedroom, bathroom, and closet.

We’re a laid back couple who enjoy making music, cooking, and watching movies. I work with SDSU and Lei works at Starbucks. We are typically awake by 6 AM and sleep by 9 PM on work days.
